SOLD

I collect and disassemble old time pieces to create scifi pendants. This one of a kind pendant represents a mechanical feeding viper on a feeding frenzy. It is adorn with orange/green fused dichroic glass. All my pendants are skillfully crafted and unique. All glass pieces are also personally handcrafted.

I am part of the Steampunk jewelry movement. Steampunk is a sub-genre of fantasy and speculative fiction that came into prominence in the 1980s and early 1990s. The term denotes works set in an era or world where steam power is still widely used—usually the 19th century, and often Victorian era England—but with prominent elements of either science fiction or fantasy, such as fictional technological inventions like those found in the works of H. G. Wells and Jules Verne, or real technological developments like the computer occurring at an earlier date.

This pendant measures 1.40 x 0.60 inches. (1.40 is from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant.)

this pendent is beautiful...but to me it seems like something that i would see in the "fantsy" area then "sci-fi and steampunk"...i think it's the glass that made me think this...maybe if it was a wheel or something i would think differently.

please nobody hate me,the Artist requested critique so thats what i'm giving.

This is nice; love the little details of the writing and numbers. It must be so much fun finding all the parts and putting them together into a whole different piece. Love the concept!

Creepily beautiful - very HG Wells! I can see it being worn by a Morlock princess.
